1. Information We Collect

(1) Information you provide directly

Email address and display name
Apple Sign-In identifier (if you choose to sign in with Apple)
Your spiritual routines, prayer lists, personal notes, and AI chat history (stored to provide continuity)

(2) Subscription information

Anonymized receipt data from Apple App Store (we never see your payment method or card details)
Subscription status and renewal date

(3) Automatically collected information

Usage Data: Which features you use, session duration, device model, iOS version, language, and timezone.
Advertising & Analytics Data: We use third-party advertising and analytics tools. These may collect device identifiers (such as IDFA on iOS, only if you provide explicit consent via the App Tracking Transparency prompt), IP addresses, and information about your interaction with advertisements.
Diagnostics: Crash logs and performance data (no personal content).

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve core App features
To maintain continuity of your AI conversations and spiritual routines
To process and manage subscriptions through Apple
To display and measure advertisements, including personalized ads (where you have consented) or contextual ads.
To analyze usage and improve the App
To train and improve our AI models using de-identified chat data

3. Sharing of Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for monetary value. We only share data in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers: With cloud providers (e.g., Firebase, AWS) and AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) – chat data is de-identified where possible.
Advertising Partners: We share limited device-level information with third-party ad networks (e.g., Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network) to serve ads. These partners may use their own tracking technologies.
Legal Compliance: With Apple for subscription processing, or when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Advertising and Tracking (GDPR & CCPA Compliance)
Personalized Advertising: If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or UK, we will only serve personalized ads if you give us your explicit consent via our consent management platform.
Opt-out: You can opt-out of interest-based advertising at any time through your device settings (e.g., "Limit Ad Tracking" or "Ask App Not to Track").
Ad-Free Experience: Users with an active paid Subscription will not be shown third-party advertisements.

4. Data Security & Retention

We use industry-standard encryption and regularly conduct security audits. We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time.

5. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Singapore (including the United States). We use Standard Contractual Clauses and other safeguards to ensure an adequate level of protection.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

Access, correct, export, or delete your personal data
Opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (as defined by California law) for cross-contextual behavioral advertising.
Withdraw consent for data processing at any time.
Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via in-app notice or email. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
